It all started in 2012 when a few Kshatriyas from North America organized the first Kshatriya Sankranti. The massive success and unhindered support from fellow members of our community inspired us to build a strong Raju platform in North America, one that is rooted in the past yet very relevant to the present. Thus, the Kshatriyas Association of North America (KANA) a non-profit organization was established in 2013, to build a supportive environment for current and future generations of our community. KANA seeks to provide that lost sense of rootedness by connecting them to the culture, values, and traditions of our heritage.
At the Kshatriya Convention, held at Silicon Valley in 2016, we reconnected with our roots, culture, and traditions, to instill pride in our children, ensuring they honor our heritage and uplift fellow Kshatriyas in need.
Dallas proudly upheld the Kshatriya tradition by hosting Sankranthi Sambaralu 2015, ensuring deeper connections within our community and strengthening unbreakable bonds through shared culture, celebrations, and togetherness.
Maryland proudly hosted Sankranthi Sambaralu 2015, honoring Kshatriya traditions, reconnecting with our roots, and inspiring our children to preserve our heritage while uplifting fellow Kshatriyas in need.
New Jersey graciously stepped forward to continue the worthwhile Kshatriya tradition of hosting Sankranthi Sambaralu for the year 2013 to reconnect with our roots, culture, and traditions
More than a decade ago, in 2012, The Kshatriya Association of North America organised its first Sankranthi Sambaralu to establish connections, partake in celebrations, and make meaningful contributions to the community.
