Our mission & Vision
- Expand Membership and Outreach: Actively grow membership across the community by identifying key individuals in various geographical areas.
- Maintain and Enhance Member Database: Continuously update member details, normalize the database for better reporting, and improve the registration process regularly.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Communication, Matrimonial, and regional membership committees to support their requirements.
- Modernize Registration and Notifications: Enable member registration via the updated organization website and send regular updates and notifications.
- Membership Categorization and Strategy: Develop a strategy to introduce membership tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) by collaborating with the Executive Committee.
Feedback mechanisms help address concerns promptly, while communication channels like newsletters and apps keep members informed and engaged.
